Delivery –
All orders aim to be dispatched by the end of the next
working day.
There is a £3.99 shipping charge set to all online
orders, this covers all postage costs for the full order, the minimum shipping
service we use is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and for bigger orders, we use Royal
Mail Special Delivery. You should expect to receive your order in 1-3 business
days after dispatch. Please be aware this relies on Royal Mail to be
working at full efficiency and that we cannot be held liable for items that
have been delayed/lost/misrouted by the courier. However, if something has happened,
please contact us so we help in any way we can.
Returns –
If you need to amend your order please contact us before the order has been dispatched.
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
